I solved the same problem by adding the following into the Makefile.config:

- Anaconda3
- Cuda 8.0
- Cudnn 5.1
- bottom이라는 python 2.7버전의 환경
(!!!python3.6에서는 import caffe가 안됌)
이전과 같은 dynamic module 에러가 발생하는데 원인을 모르겠음
성공했을 때의 Makefile.config
